What We Do

We have served Uganda for the last four years.
John served at the church's operations director and then re-opened Calvary Chapel Bible College Uganda in 2014.

Wheels Down!

We landed in the US five days ago, and it's high time I gave an update.

First, all our luggage made it.  That alone is a big praise considering we had about 10 suitcases.

Our two plane flights were uneventful except for one small snag:  Joseph left his orthodontics retainer someplace on the plane from London to LAX.  That resulted in an early visit to San Diego for a new mold to be taken.  He will have a replacement retainer very soon.

No visit to California (especially Southern California) is complete without a visit to In-N-Out Burgers.  We did that yesterday.  The kids were overjoyed to have a cheeseburger there.  Nothing else compares!

We think our jet lag is over.  Initially, we were all waking up at 2am.  We are now waking at 6-7am.

We are currently staying in Orange County and will have some Chinese New Year celebrations with Lily's family and friends.  After that come visits to San Diego, Sacramento, and SF Bay Area.

We are looking forward to seeing you!
